Will your agency be ready when faced with one? Part I of this session will focus on communication with your employees the disaster plan and how to implement it when needed. Part II of this session will focus on your customers. How will they contact you? What will it take for you to be ready to serve them following a disaster? Talkin' Trash: Questions compiled from the September and November User Group meetings that will be researched, and the answers will be presented via a random drawing form the trash can. Bring your business cards for the drawing for a wireless keyboard and Progressive chair. You MUST be present to win.
